Stories to Change the World

Dealing with the ever-present challenges of navigating a world that is only recently coming to terms with the systemic oppression of black men has left the stories of millions of black men untold, underrepresented, and misunderstood.  The Big Black Man Project emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. Established in 2020 as the brainchild of Erik Muten and Charles Greene, we’re an organization driven to provide Big Black Men with a platform to share their stories of hope, disappointment, patriotism, and resilience.
